Yep. Something creepy to celebrate the coming Halloween!

Thanks to the theme of the week at Writing-To-Save, which is altar, and the creepiest holiday ever coming, this kind of just happened. At one in the morning no less.

I definitely am kind of twisted, aren't I? I could get used to Halloween all the time!

But in case it was kind of confusing, basically I am describing some sort of "sacred sacrifice" by some cult or something similar. At an altar, in an abandoned church I suppose, if "barren wasteland of wall" is anything to go by. Also, that liquid that was poured on our poor victim was meant to be portrayed as blood. In case that wasn't quite clear.

Anyway, enjoy! Or be totally creeped out. Whichever happens. I am not totally sure how scary I was able to accomplish with this. This is my first piece of writing that was meant to be scary, or at least unnerving.
